1. Definitions
The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Chauffeur Booking.
"Service" refers to the SaaS platform, mobile applications, and administrative dashboards provided under the Chauffeur Booking brand for luxury transportation logistics.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Chauffeur Booking grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly for your internal business operations.
This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Service or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; or any derivative use of any Service or its contents.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
Permitted activities include:
- Managing fleet schedules and chauffeur assignments.
- Processing client bookings and corporate travel requests.
- Generating internal business reports and financial reconciliations.
- Communicating with passengers regarding their scheduled transit.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service. Specific prohibited actions include:
- block Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the software.
- block Using automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service.
- block Circumventing any usage limits or geographical restrictions set by Chauffeur Booking.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Chauffeur Booking immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Chauffeur Booking cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chauffeur Booking and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Chauffeur Booking.
7. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection and processing.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Payment & Billing
Fees for the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
9. Liability Limits
In no event shall Chauffeur Booking, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
