Refund Policy

All purchases of Chauffeur Booking go through CodeCanyon (Envato Market). Envato's standard refund rules apply. This page supplements them with our own commitment.

1. Envato handles refunds

All purchases go through CodeCanyon. Envato's Refund Rules are the governing policy. We coordinate with Envato when a refund request is opened.

2. When refunds may be granted

  • The plugin doesn't work as advertised on a standard WordPress install.
  • The plugin contains a security vulnerability we are unwilling or unable to address.
  • The plugin contains malicious code (it doesn't — but Envato's policy explicitly lists this).
  • The plugin description on CodeCanyon materially misrepresents what ships.

3. When refunds are not granted

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You bought the wrong plugin.
  • The plugin works as documented but fails due to your host, theme, or third-party plugin conflicts — provided we've offered to help debug the conflict.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Open a ticket with Envato Support, referencing your CodeCanyon purchase code.
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours (business days) with our position.
  3. Envato makes the final decision per their published policy.

5. Our commitment

We aim to resolve issues before a refund becomes necessary. Email info@sequentalogix.com before opening a refund ticket — most issues we've seen are configuration mismatches we can fix inside an hour.
